What is the difference between Date Difference and Add/Subtract Days?
Date Difference calculates the span between two dates. Add/Subtract Days takes a start date and adds or subtracts days to find a new date. Use the former to learn how long a period is, and the latter to find the date N days from a given day.
Are the dates I enter sent to a server?
No. All calculations happen in your browser, and the dates you enter are never sent to a server or stored. You can safely enter personal information such as a birth date.
Are leap years and varying month lengths accounted for?
Yes. Month lengths (28-31 days) and leap years are handled automatically in every calculation, so there's no need to count by hand.
Can I calculate dates in the past?
Yes. In Add/Subtract mode, enter a negative number to go backward in time from the start date.
